Fluorescent pigment powder provides intense daylight visibility with 98% UV-to-visible light conversion efficiency (CIE 15:2004). These organic formulations maintain 95% initial brightness after 3,000 hours QUV-B exposure (ASTM G154) and withstand -40°C to 120°C thermal cycling. With 99% particle fineness below 5μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures uniform dispersion in traffic paints and safety gear coatings.

The pigments resist chemical fading from fuels and detergents (ASTM D1308) while achieving 500 cd/lux/m² luminance (ANSI 107). Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder supports bulk orders for road markings and aerospace emergency systems with ≤1.5% batch variance.
