Introduction

Pigment Yellow 62 (PY62)offers a bright yellow shade with good heat and plasticizer resistance, making it ideal for flexible PVC and HDPE applications. With a lightfastness of 7 (1/3 SD) and 5–6 (1/25 SD), it ensures lasting color performance under demanding processing conditions. Although its tinting strength is slightly lower, it maintains excellent stability up to 260 °C for 5 minutes in HDPE and is also suitable for polystyrene and polyurethane coloration.
