Introduction

Pigment Yellow 55 (PY55) is an organic yellow pigment available in both transparent and opaque grades with different specific surface areas upon request. It is mainly used in industrial packaging inks, and also suitable for coloring PVC and rubber products. In soft PVC, it tends to migrate. The pigment has a lightfastness of 7 (1/3 SD) and can also be applied in coating and textile printing pastes.
