Looking Back Through Old Photos
Fineland Chem recently held another monthly sharing session, continuing the relaxed and enjoyable tradition of gathering together with snacks, drinks, and casual conversations after work.
This time, the topic was both simple and meaningful: everyone opened their phone galleries and found their 27th oldest photo. One by one, team members shared the stories behind those photos and the memories connected to them.
Some photos captured school days and graduation moments, while others showed old trips, family gatherings, pets, hobbies, or funny moments from years ago. The activity created a warm atmosphere filled with laughter, nostalgia, and unexpected stories from different stages of life.
Sharing Stories Beyond Work
As the discussion continued, the meeting room became filled with conversations about personal experiences, changing goals, and memorable moments from the past. Some colleagues reflected on how much life had changed over the years, while others rediscovered forgotten memories hidden deep inside their phones.
The simple activity helped everyone learn more about each other outside of daily work responsibilities, making the session both entertaining and meaningful.
Alongside the sharing session, snacks, desserts, and drinks once again became an important part of the gathering, creating the familiar relaxed atmosphere everyone enjoys during monthly events.

Celebrating This Month’s Birthdays
The session also included a small birthday celebration for colleagues whose birthdays fall this month. A birthday cake was prepared, and everyone gathered together to share good wishes and celebrate the occasion.
These moments continue reflecting the friendly and supportive culture within the team, where both work and personal connections are equally valued.
Building Team Connections Through Monthly Activities
Monthly sharing sessions have gradually become an important part of Fineland Chem’s company culture. Through simple activities, open conversations, and relaxed interaction, team members have more opportunities to communicate, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships outside of daily projects and meetings.
Whether discussing technical topics, personal experiences, or funny memories from old photos, these gatherings continue bringing positive energy and stronger connections across the team.
