Resin Pigments

Resin pigment powder is formulated for epoxy, polyurethane, and unsaturated polyester systems. These organic colorants withstand curing temperatures up to 180°C (ASTM D2471) while maintaining ΔE ≤0.7 color stability. With 99.8% particle fineness below 2μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures streak-free dispersion in viscous resins, critical for automotive composites and electronic encapsulants.

The pigment resists chemical attack from solvents, acids, and alkalis (pH 1-13 per ASTM D1308). Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder guarantees ≤1% batch variance, supporting large-volume orders for marine coatings and 3D printing resins. Surface treatments enhance compatibility with flame retardants, maintaining UL 94 V-0 compliance without color shift.
