Engineered with 99.5% particle fineness below 5μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures uniform dispersion in PP, PE, and engineering plastics without affecting mechanical properties.
The formulation resists migration (≤0.1% extractables per FDA 21 CFR) and delivers UV stability (≤1.0ΔE after 3,000 hours QUV-B). With 700MT monthly capacity, our production guarantees ≤1.5% batch variance for automotive, packaging, and construction plastics. Specialized surface treatment enhances compatibility with masterbatch carriers, achieving 98% let-down ratio efficiency.
