Pigment Yellow 74 is an important greenish-yellow pigment used in inks and coatings. It provides higher tinting strength than general monoazo pigments. The non-transparent type shows a slightly redder shade and better lightfastness, making it ideal for air-dry coatings where improved opacity can be achieved without affecting rheology. It serves as an effective alternative to inorganic Chrome Yellow.
