Introduction

Introduction

Pigment Yellow 3 (PY3)  is a vivid yellow pigment with a noticeable greenish undertone, ideal for creating vibrant green shades when combined with blue pigments such as Copper Phthalocyanine (CuPe). The pigment has a low specific surface area of 8 m²/g, ensuring high opacity and exceptional lightfastness. It is widely used in air-drying paints, latex paints, coating printing pastes, packaging inks, soaps, and stationery items. Due to its limited heat resistance, it is unsuitable for plastic applications.
