Introduction

● Pigment Blue 15:4 is a specific variant of Phthalocyanine Blue. It belongs to the phthalocyanine pigment family and is chemically known as Copper Phthalocyanine.
● PB15:4 and PB15:1 are both different crystalline variants of the copper phthalocyanine blue pigment. Although they have the same chemical composition, they have some significant differences in physical and performance properties.
● PB15:1: Suitable for applications requiring bright colors and high transparency, such as printing inks. PB15:4: Suitable for applications requiring high hiding power, durability and weather resistance, such as automotive coatings, industrial coatings and high-temperature processed plastics.
