Introduction

Pigment Blue 15:3 (CAS 147-14-8) , a stable β – type crystalline blue powder, is highly suitable for various applications such as coloring plastics like EVA, PVC, LDPE, HDPE, and PP, as well as in the production of inks (including offset and water – based inks), paints (including alkyd, acrylic, and epoxy), and coatings for both interior and exterior use, due to its bright green – blue shade, high color strength, outstanding heat resistance up to 280 °C, excellent lightfastness of 7 – 8 levels, and good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and weathering.
