Your Reliable Pigment Partner
Masterbatch pigment powder is a concentrated organic formulation designed for precise coloration of plastics during polymer processing. These heat-stable colorants withstand extrusion temperatures up to 300°C (ASTM D3418) while maintaining ΔE ≤0.7 color consistency across production batches. Engineered with 99.9% particle fineness below 3μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures uniform dispersion in PE, PP, and engineering plastics, eliminating speckling and flow lines.
The formulation resists migration (<0.05% extractables per FDA 21 CFR) and delivers UV stability (≤1.0ΔE after 2,000 hours QUV-B exposure). Produced at 700 metric tons monthly, our pigment powder supports large-scale masterbatch production with ≤1.2% batch variance. Specialized surface treatments enhance compatibility with carrier resins, achieving 98% let-down ratios without compromising tensile strength (ASTM D638).
