Introduction

Pigment Red 48:4 (manganese lake) features a bright bluish-red shade and excellent tinting strength, making it a widely used organic pigment. It boasts outstanding lightfastness and heat stability, reaching a lightfastness level of 7 in air-drying paints and withstanding temperatures of 200~290℃ for 5 minutes in PE materials. The pigment is non-bleeding, suitable for applications such as insulated cables. The manganese content in it can catalyze the drying process to improve production efficiency. When used in coating coloring, it can effectively enhance hiding power when toned with chrome molybdate orange. Additionally, it is well-suited for coloring polyolefins, flexible PVC, and packaging inks, delivering stable and reliable performance across multiple application scenarios.
